Inbetween the clear slopes of Mantiqueira and Serra do Mar, in the Paraíba Valley, Sapucaia production farm is the source for this beautiful Cachaça since 1933. From the collection of special sugar canes that grows here to traditionnal stills, the sugar cane is transported by ox carts. Everything obeys the strictest sanitary rules.

Cachaça Sapucaia Florida Cristal is aged two years in peanut barrels, which gives it a solid crystalline color and makes it ideal for "Caipirinhas" and cocktails as it retains the flavor of the sugar cane.

Sapucaia Velha is a traditional aged Cachaça produced in the city of Pindamonhangaba in São Paulo. With 5 years of aging in oak barrels, Sapucaia Cachaça Velha keeps fine flavors and bouquet which gives it special characteristics. Chosen by experts invited by Playboy magazine in August 2009 as one of the 20 best Cachaça in Brazil.

Sapucaia Cachaças are handmade and aged from 1 to 15 years in wooden casks. The company uses two hardwoods which does not add color or flavor (neutral), oak leaves and peanuts so that the Cachaça has a great taste and a pleasant, slightly woody and sweet, nose.
